How to Make a Reservation

We do not have an on-line booking system, so to make a reservation with us, you may contact us by email, telephone, fax or letter to check if we have availability.

To make a firm booking we require either:

a credit card number and expiry date, which is held to secure the booking, nothing being taken from the account, unless you do not arrive!!
OR a deposit sent in the post equivalent to one night's accommodation.

We also need:

the name of the guest
a contact telephone number
the type of room required
the dates of arrival and departure
expected time of arrival

What if I need to Cancel?

We make no charge, as long as at least 2 days notice is given prior to arrival. After that time, we will charge one night's accommodation to your credit card.
